Frequently Asked Questions
Where are 3D objects made?
Our 3D objects are printed in our workshop in France, in Franche-Comté. Each piece is made to order or in small batches, depending on the available models.
What material do you use?
Our figurines, mini companions, clickers, keychains, and decorative objects are printed in bio-sourced PLA, a plant-based bioplastic made from corn starch. It is a light, strong material suitable for 3D printing.
Are the print lines normal?
Yes. Our products are handcrafted using FDM 3D printing. Fine print lines or small variations may be visible: these are part of the manufacturing process and do not affect the product's strength or quality.
Are action figures fragile?
Articulated figurines are designed to be handled with care. They can move, pose, and be staged, but they remain decorative 3D printed objects. Avoid forcing joints, wings, legs, or small details.
Are 3D objects suitable for children?
Our 3D objects are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to small parts. Some models are decorative and are not toys intended for intensive use.
Can the color vary from the photos?
Yes, the shade may vary slightly depending on screens, lighting in photos, and the batches of filament used. Each piece may have small differences, which is also part of the charm of artisanal 3D printing.
Are 3D objects heat resistant?
PLA can warp when exposed to high heat. It is best to avoid leaving a 3D figure or object in a car in direct sunlight, near a radiator, or behind a window for extended periods.
Is this a good gift idea?
Yes, 3D objects are perfect for a unique little gift: kawaii figurines, fantasy creatures, clickers, keychains or mini collectible companions. They are fun, decorative creations and different from classic gifts.
