Material: Biosourced PLA, a plant-based bioplastic made from corn starch.

Manufacturing: FDM 3D printing in our workshop in France.

A BIOSOURCED MATERIAL BASED ON CORN STARCH

Bao is 3D-printed in PLA, a biosourced bioplastic made from plant resources like corn starch. This plant-based material is a more responsible alternative to traditional petroleum-based plastics.

Lightweight, solid, and perfectly suited for 3D printing, PLA allows for the creation of detailed, colorful, and pleasant-to-handle figurines.

ARTISANAL MANUFACTURING IN 3D PRINTING

Each Bao panda is manufactured layer by layer using FDM 3D printing. This method gives each figurine its unique character, with a modern, textured, and recognizable finish.

Our objects are handcrafted using FDM 3D printing. Fine print lines or small variations may be visible: these are part of the manufacturing process and do not affect the strength or quality of the product.
